Key hires:

  • To complete

CHALLENGE

LumiraDx Health IT began winning pilots and new projects with NHS organisations, building on the success of its health information exchange system in the US.

A flexible workforce was needed to start building a UK capability but there was no HR function or recruitment process established in the region.

Specific resources were needed to staff a clinical integration project in Manchester.

OUR APPROACH

The CIO contacted Channel 3 having built a relationship with the company for four years

We researched the US business and rival companies, as well as the integration engines being used on the project

Drawing on our network, we sourced technical specialists with experience of the correct system

Our team completed initial telephone interviews before presenting a shortlist to the CIO and US

OUTCOMES

Skilled specialists were successfully hired within two months and have been in post for two years

We have sourced a wider talent pool to support future recruitment and provided market intelligence around the cost of hiring a flexible workforce.

With the company new to the UK market, our team has supported LumiraDx Health IT in developing the right processes, skills and approach to work effectively in the UK and within the NHS.

The company has grown rapidly and now has a dedicated UK HR team.

Testimonials

Smart Co Consulting provided us with a managed service for our eCAMIS deployment. The team is flexible, cost effective and of a high quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service.
